Dogs in South Korea / cows in the global dairy and meat industry / pigs in the meat industry / chickens in the egg and meat industry … The list goes on.
Speciesism is always ugly.
This has nothing to do with the “bad Asian people”.
It’s our global, speciesist, anthropocentrist dogma that makes a difference between “animals” and “people”.
All forms of life strive for self-actualization, security, comfort, freedom, social bonds and happiness.
Speciesism and anthropocentrism are ideologies that humans made up in order to justify their domination over other species and the planet.
We don’t need to continue this insanity.
And we shouldn’t, because
we are enslaving ourselves by enslaving others.
Liberate yourself : Help others.
Liberate animals. Go vegan. Stay vegan.
At least: eat vegan whenever you can.
It’s easy and it makes a difference.
Tell your local corporations what you want to eat:
vegan burgers, vegan raw food, vegan everything.
Vegan food doesn’t harm.
You say plants have feelings too?
Farmed animals are forced to eat a lot of grain and soy.
Humans kill more than 55 billion animals each year, globally.
These have been fed before they were turned into meat.
We can feed all the people on this planet with that amount of grain and soy.
So, by going vegan, you will cause also much less damage to plants. You will be wasting fewer plants than a meat eater and lacto-ovo-vegetarian.
You can also eat as fruitarian as possible: nuts, seeds, fruits and vegetables that don’t require the death of the plant.
You can do many great things and help this planet and all the species on it by switching to love and respect for all life. Eating a vegan diet will be a natural part of that. It’s not a big thing, but it makes a huge difference.
